Ingredients
1oz can of chickpeas, (Rinse, drain, and mash)
1/2 cup of Vegan Mayo, 1tbsp of pickled jalapeño peppers, crushed red pepper flakes, all purpose seasoning, salt, black pepper, parsley, Garlic and onion powder, 1 small bushel of kale chopped finely, 1/2 red onion chopped finely, two celery stalks chopped finely, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of mustard, 1/2 Cucumber chopped,
Directions:
Add to a big bowl the chickpeas and all ingredients.
Mix well and enjoy with crackers or as a sandwich. Can store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
