Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or your choice)
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup vegan cheese shreds (optional for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prepare:
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.
