Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced lean ham (approximately 4 ounces)
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Add the diced ham and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir until the cheese and ham are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Lightly coat a mini muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, fill each muffin cup with the ham and cheese mixture, pressing it down slightly to pack it into the cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow the Ham and Cheese Bites to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.
