Weight Watchers Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread

4 bananas


1 egg

large, whisked
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all purpose flour

4 tablespoons light brown sugar

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon


1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 tablespoons powdered sugar

for icing

1 tablespoon skim milk

or water, icing


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Step 2

Spray loaf pan wirh baking spray

Step 3

Mash bananas, add whisked egg and vanilla.

Step 4

In separate bowl, mix flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon, and salt.

Mix into wet ingredients.

Mix in oil.
Step 7

Spoon into 0an and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, till risen and middle tested with toothpick comes our clean or slightly moist crumbs.

Step 8

Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.
