ww Broccoli Chicken Pillows
Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
- Spoon a portion of the chicken and broccoli mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
- Roll up each crescent triangle, starting from the wide end with the filling, and place them seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve your delicious Broccoli Chicken Pillows warm as an appetizer or alongside a salad for a complete meal.
