zero point WW Cheesecake.

zero point WW Cheesecake.

Ingredients:

  • Fat-free or low-fat cream cheese
  • Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Sugar substitute or a small amount of honey or maple syrup
  • Egg whites or a lower-calorie egg substitute
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for the crust, use a smaller amount for fewer points)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Lemon zest (for flavor)
  • Fresh fruit (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven according to the cheesecake recipe you’re following.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the fat-free or low-fat cream cheese, non-fat Greek yogurt, sugar substitute or sweetener, and a splash of vanilla extract. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
  3. Add in egg whites or an egg substitute, and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined. Be mindful of portion sizes to keep the points lower.
  4. If you choose to use a crust, press a thin layer of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a pie or cheesecake pan.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust (if used) and smooth it out.
  6. Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven according to the recipe’s instructions until it’s set and slightly golden on top.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool, and then refrigerate it until it’s thoroughly chilled.
  8. Top the cheesecake with fresh fruit or other low-point toppings, if desired.
