Air-Fryer Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • English muffins (or your preferred bread)
  • Eggs
  • Bacon strips
  • Cheese slices (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
  • Butter or cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cook the Bacon: Place the bacon strips in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until the bacon reaches your desired level of crispiness. Keep an eye on it, as cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer.
  3. Toast the English Muffins: While the bacon is cooking, cut the English muffins in half and lightly butter them or use cooking spray. Place them in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes until they are toasted to your liking.
  4. Cook the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk them lightly. Pour the eggs into a greased ramekin or silicone mold that fits your air fryer. Cook the eggs in the air fryer for about 4-6 minutes or until they are cooked through.
  5. Assemble the Sandwich: Once all the components are cooked, start assembling your breakfast sandwich. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each English muffin. Add the cooked egg and bacon on top of the cheese. Top with the other half of the English muffin.
  6. Melt the Cheese: Place the assembled sandwiches back into the air fryer for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
