Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak and Potato Foil Packets
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your preferred cut), cut into cubes
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Aluminum foil
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, melted butter, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the thinly sliced potatoes in the center of each foil sheet, dividing them evenly among the four sheets.
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper, then divide them evenly among the foil packets on top of the potatoes.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the steak and potatoes, dividing it evenly among the packets.
- Fold the foil over the steak and potatoes to create packets, sealing them tightly.
- Place the foil packets in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them for air circulation.
- Cook in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the potatoes are tender. You may need to adjust the cooking time depending on the thickness of your steak and potato slices.
- Carefully remove the foil packets from the air fryer using tongs or oven mitts.
- Open the foil packets carefully to avoid steam burns. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the steak and potatoes for garnish.
- Serve the garlic butter steak and potato foil packets hot, straight from the air fryer.
