Flourless Pancakes (Keto-Friendly)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional, for flavor)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter or oil (for cooking)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients:
    In a blender or food processor, combine the eggs, softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon (if using), and salt. Blend until smooth and fully combined. The batter should be slightly thick but pourable.
  2. Heat the Pan:
    Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil to coat the pan.
  3. Cook the Pancakes:
