Fried cauliflower

Fried cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup milk
1 egg
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the milk mixture, then coat it in the flour mixture.
Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
When the oil is hot, carefully add the cauliflower florets to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry the cauliflower in batches if necessary.
Fry the cauliflower for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried cauliflower to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve the fried cauliflower hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
