Ingredients:
1 cup tinned chickpeas
1/2 cup aquafaba (chickpea liquid)
1 teaspoon garlic puree
2 teaspoons tahini
Juice of half to a whole lemon (adjust to taste)
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, combine the chickpeas and aquafaba.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add garlic puree, tahini, lemon juice, and salt to the chickpea mixture.
Blend again until all ingredients are well combined and the desired consistency is achieved.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Serve as a dip, spread, or topping as desired.
