Ingredients:
Jackfruit
Jasmine rice
Corn
Carrot
Onions
Garlic
Kale
Green pepper
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat the oven and season the jackfruit.
Roast the seasoned jackfruit until slightly crispy.
Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
In a pan, sauté onions, garlic, kale, green pepper, corn, and carrot together.
Add cooked jasmine rice to the sautéed mixture.
Stir in soy sauce and other seasonings to taste.
Drizzle with sesame oil and a little olive oil.
Finally, add the roasted jackfruit and mix everything together until well combined. Serve hot.
