1/2 bag of spinach
3 piece of pan fried bacon
2 hardboiled eggs
1 tbls Dijon mustard
1 tblsp apple cider vinegar
2 tblsp bacon grease
1 to 2 tblsp sweetener (I used monkfruit)
Fry your bacon and reserve bacon grease. Assemble your dry ingredients.
In the frying pan, combine bacon grease, Dijon, apple cider vinegar, and sweetener. Pour over salad.
