Vegan burgers

Ingredients
1 can rinsed kidney beans
1 can rinsed chickpeas
Roast in the oven at 350° for 15 minutes
1 c corn
1 medium onion
4 garlic cloves
1/4 c of roasted nuts (I use cashews)
Handful of cilantro
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp coriander
1 flax egg
1/2 c breadcrumbs (I use gluten free panko)
Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent and fragrant
Blend in a food processor and form into patty’s and pan sear.
