Ingredients
Walnuts,
red, orange & yellow peppers
onions
1/2-1c sun-dried tomatoes,
20,000 cloves of garlic
King trumpet mushrooms shredded
Veggie broth or water
Lightly oiled my pan, with avocado oil spray. Added walnuts.
Seasoned with cumin, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, pink salt, chipotle powder, and chili powder.
Also used about 2 TBS Siete spicy seasoning.
Added shredded mushrooms and veggie broth
Cooked till the ancestors said ok it’s ready…
Cheese sauce:
A spoonful of whatever vegan creamy cheese you like ( just a reg spoon)I’ll post a pic of the one I was trying out.
A spoonful of vegan sour cream
Plant based milk
Water
Melt in a pot with
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
A little pink salt
Couple of dashes of hot sauce
Some old bay seasoning
Oh, and some mushroom powder
I start with the plant milk until the vegan cheese smooths out to mii likings.
Also added some shredded vegan (Chao)for a little more depth (2 Violife mature cheddar slices)
Use your fav vegan cheese
If it gets too thick for mii, I thin with water!

You could also skip the vegan cheeses and the vegan sour cream completely, and just start with a plant-based milk, seasoned with those seasonings, and add nutritional yeast, if that’s your jam!
I’ve also done the same with potatoes, carrots, and onions, blended up and seasoned with above seasonings.
